We want to see you grow. Due to our new store openings plan we have progression routes available to allow our baristas, assistant managers and store managers to progress their Coffee#1 journey.

We’re a competitive bunch and enjoy setting ourselves little targets and rewarding our teams when they achieve their goals. We always have a competition running which give our stores lots of opportunity to earn some cash that gets put towards team days (or nights!) out.

We are passionate about helping our communities and fundraising for our charity partner - Samaritans. We support our team members with their fundraising activates and run store charity events throughout the year.
