We’re feeling very loved and proud of our Coffee#1 team this month, celebrating winning yet another top industry award for Chain Sandwich Retailer of the Year Award (Café category) at the Sammies 2017.
The Sammies are the British Sandwich Industry Awards, and we beat some fierce competition to take the top spot thanks to the love shown by you, our incredible customers. The Judges commented on the excellent feedback from customers, who love to recommend our delicious sandwiches and highlighted our great value for money. We couldn’t agree more, so big thanks to all who voted!

We launched a new savoury range in 2017 to set your tastebuds tingling, which included the Mighty Reuben featuring pastrami, sauerkraut, gherkins and emmental cheese, all wrapped up in a soft bretzel baguette. Our Flatbread Medley packed with salami, peppers, rocket, chicken, mozzarella and red pesto also kept those tummy rumblings at bay so much so, that we’ve recently introduced 2 new members of the Flatbread Family – the Turkey Club Flatbread and The Eastern Flatbread. Perfect as they come, or even toasted, they get our vote every time!
