With the #1 Card, you can collect stamps every time you buy a drink at Coffee#1. Collect ten stamps and receive a free cuppa (or your choice of drink*) on us. Remember to take your existing paper stamped card to your local Coffee#1 and your barista will change it across to our new #1 Card for you – complete with any stamps you had collected!

Once you’ve collected your stamps, in order to claim your free drink you will need to register your details first. It only takes a couple of minutes, and then your #1 Card will be good to go.
You can check your #1 Card stamp balance any time – just log in below! Please register your card in order to view your balance. If you have a paper stamped card and wish to transfer your stamps, we can upgrade it for you quickly and easily at your local Coffee#1.
What is the #1 Card?
The #1 Card allows you to collect stamps from every drink purchased, and then redeem against a free drink once you have collected 10 stamps. Free drink excludes bottled & kids drinks.
Where can I find my card number and PIN?
You can find your card number on the reverse of your #1 Card. Your card number is the 10 digit number, and your PIN is the 6 digit number beneath this.
How does my #1 Card work?
Each time you purchase a drink, your Coffee#1 barista will update your card. Once you have collected 10 stamps, you will receive a free drink. You will need to have registered your #1 Card on the website to be able to redeem your free drink. Free drink excludes bottled & kids drinks.
What products can I use my free drink on? / How do I redeem my free drink?
You can currently use your free drink on all hot and cold drinks of all sizes, excluding bottled drinks and kids drinks.
Are there any other free items I can get instead of a free drink?
At this time, you are only able to collect stamps to redeem against a free drink. If you don’t fancy a drink yourself, why not treat a friend!
How do I move from my paper stamp card to this new #1Card?
Please bring your paper stamp card to your local Coffee#1 and ask your barista to switch you to the new #1 Card. At this time, your barista will also move across any stamps you had on your paper card.
I didn’t have my #1 Card with me when I bought a drink today. Can I still get my stamps?
We’re very sorry but we are unable to back-date stamps at the moment. Please talk to your local Coffee#1 barista who may be able to help if you bring in your receipt.
How do I report a lost, stolen or damaged #1 Card?
Please report your lost or stolen card at email@example.com and then pick up a new card in-store to start collecting again. We can then suspend your old card, and transfer your points and details across to your new card.
How do I register my #1 Card?
You will need to register your #1 Card on the website at www.coffee1.co.uk. You can access the website easily on your phone, tablet or computer. Please note, you will need to register before you are able to redeem your free drink.
My #1 Card isn’t working. What can I do?
Please visit your local Coffee#1 and pick up a new card. You will then need to email firstname.lastname@example.org and advise us to deactivate the card, and re-register your new card details.
How can I update my account information? / contact details?
Please email email@example.com with your new (and old) contact details and we will update it for you within 10 working days.
Does my #1 Card have an expiry date?
No, your #1 Card does not expire. You can collect your stamps and your free drinks until you wish to redeem them. If we do discontinue this programme, all customers will be given due notice.

I have a Gift Card already. Is the #1 Card the same thing?
The #1 Card is a stamp based collector scheme. The Gift Card is a separate card which is preloaded with a monetary value for use in one of our Coffee#1 shops.
